1:1 Session – Reconnect

Duration: 45 minutes Perfect for: when you need clarity, encouragement, and a real-time reset. This 1:1 session is a space to meet yourself exactly where you are—and gently challenge what you think is possible. We’ll look at what’s keeping you stuck, reconnect with your body’s deeper wisdom, and use simple energy practices and guided meditation to realign with your next right step. Whether you’re navigating illness, transition, or just need a space to think things through, this is where we pause, breathe, and move from “I can’t” to “I might just be ready.” What you’ll get: • 45 minutes of focused presence and real conversation • Space to name and shift assumptions • Gentle energy work and grounding practices • A sense of what’s next—for you, not anyone else! Book a single session when you want a clear, compassionate boost forward.

3-Session Package – Clarity and Flow

Duration: 3 x 45-minute sessions. Perfect for: working through a specific challenge or short-term goal. This 3-session package helps you focus in, follow through and find flow. Whether it’s recovering your energy, creating new habits, or navigating a health flare or life transition, we’ll work together to gently untangle what’s holding you back—and get you back in flow. Each session builds on the last, combining conversation, deep listening and intuitive tools to help you make meaningful change without overwhelm. What you’ll get: • A safe and focused space to explore your goal • Regular accountability that feels light, not heavy • Practical strategies grounded in your own energy and needs • Flexible pacing (weekly or bi-weekly). Ideal if you’ve got something in mind and want calm, steady support to see it through.

9-Session Journey – Build Your Own Way Forward

Duration: 9 x 45-minute sessions (over 2–4 months). Perfect for: a deeper reset, healing, or life redesign—on your own terms. This is for you if you're ready to make a real shift—but want it to happen with kindness, steadiness and space to listen to your body along the way. We’ll create a rhythm that works for your energy—weekly when you're in motion, monthly when you're integrating. This isn’t about pushing through. It’s about learning to trust yourself again. To meet your life as it is, and build something sustainable from there. You bring the vision—tiny or vast. I’ll help you track the changes, hold the line when it’s tough, and celebrate the wins that no one else sees. What you’ll get: • 9 personalised sessions to support your pace and process • A mix of tracking, reflection, energy practices, and intuitive coaching • Space to shift long-standing patterns gently • Optional check-ins or meditative prompts between sessions.
